This role offers the opportunity to become a key first point of contact for prospective clients across the Nordic market. You will identify potential customers, initiate meaningful conversations, and turn early interest into qualified sales opportunities. Working closely with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing, you will contribute directly to pipeline development and go-to-market growth. You will use discovery skills to understand customer challenges and communicate relevant solutions with confidence. Your insights will also help shape messaging, product positioning, and sales processes. This is a fully remote opportunity for a proactive sales skilled who enjoys international collaboration and building relationships across markets.

Accountabilities:

As a Business Development Representative, you will own the early stages of the sales process,



from prospecting and outreach to qualification and meeting generation. You will combine structured sales activity with thoughtful discovery, while partnering closely with internal teams to continuously improve prospect engagement and commercial processes.
- Identify and contact potential clients through outbound phone calls and targeted emails.
- Research prospects and identify relevant business opportunities within the Nordic markets.
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers and generate interest in the solutions offered.
- Schedule qualified meetings and calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand prospects' business challenges, needs, and priorities.
- Present relevant solutions and communicate the value proposition clearly to potential clients.
