About Datahash

Datahash is a privacy-centric first-party data platform. Our core product, Datahash Signals, gives marketers low-code, no-code integrations between web, app, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation and data warehouses on one side and the major ad channels on the other: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and more. We are one of a handful of badged integration partners across these channels and work with them directly on first-party data adoption programmes, where advertisers are moving to server-side integrations, conversions APIs and privacy-protected measurement. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and run across Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai and London with clients in EMEA, India, Africa, APAC and the US.

The role

Datahash is one of a handful of global Google integration partners. Google's teams nominate advertisers to us to implement Google Tag Gateway, Enhanced Conversions and related first-party data products, and our job is to convert each nomination into a verified, live implementation. You own the India patch of that funnel: first meetings, follow-ups, approvals,



implementation kick-offs and verification, working 120 to 140 live deals at a time with a desk agent that never lets a deal age silently. This is conversion at volume with technical substance, not cold outreach.

What you will do
- Convert nominations. Run 30 to 35 first meetings a month from Google nominations, explain the implementation and its value, and secure the client's go-ahead and access.
- Drive to verified. Carry each deal from approval through implementation with our delivery team to Google's verification, 12 to 15 verified completions a month.
- Hold the cadence. Follow-ups, reschedules and approvals on the deadline doctrine (approval inside 30 days of a call, implementation inside four weeks), with the desk agent drafting and you deciding.
- Work with Google. Keep Google's regional teams informed on progress and quality; escalate stuck nominations the right way.
