This is a hands-on, customer-facing architecture role focused on delivering AI-powered business transformation solutions. You will own the technical journey from early solution scoping through deployment, working closely with customers and internal teams. The role combines enterprise architecture, applied AI, software development, and systems integration. You will design and deploy intelligent AI agents, connect them with business platforms, and build prototypes that demonstrate measurable value. With approximately 80% of the role involving direct customer interaction, strong communication and customer empathy are essential. You will operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where experimentation, technical ownership, and practical AI innovation are highly valued.

Design, configure,



and deploy intelligent AI agents that address real-world customer workflows and business challenges.

Partner with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architectures, agent specifications, and implementation strategies.

Work with pre-sales teams to scope technical integrations, define implementation approaches, and assess solution feasibility.

Own technical execution from initial scoping through post-sales delivery, including detailed solution design, project planning, and deployment.

Build hands-on proofs of concept, custom integrations, prototypes, and technical demonstrations to validate proposed solutions.

Integrate AI agents with external systems such as CRMs, APIs, databases, webhooks, and event or data pipelines.
