Software Developer (2-4 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in software design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming expertise in .Net and Java, along with hands-on experience in up-to-date software development practices, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and DevOps methodologies.
You will work as part of a dynamic engineering team to develop scalable, high-performance applications and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications Microsoft and Java technologies.
- Develop high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot,



debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data management and optimization.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and regression tests.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and code analysis platforms to improve productivity and code quality.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in:
