This team partners with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver scalable and productive processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to revenue recognition. Revenue Operations is essential to achieving our company’s revenue and operational goals.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at PitchBook, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem to drive efficiency and productivity across Sales & Customer Success business functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills,



and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance user experience and support our business objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud to support the needs of different departments such as sales, finance, and customer service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity.
- Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
- Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
