Role Summary

HR/IR leadership role for the Advanced Material Division in a plant-based setting

Responsible for driving employee relations,



compliance, and people process execution in alignment with business needs

Partners with plant leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure effective HR support, timely issue resolution, and a stable employee relations climate

Supports performance management and related people processes to strengthen workforce effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

Partner with plant leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide HR/IR support

Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, issue resolution, and escalation follow-through

Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, labour laws, and internal HR policies

Stay updated on new labour codes and support implementation readiness, process alignment, and compliance adherence
