This is a hands-on creative strategy role focused on building and scaling high-performing paid advertising creative. You will own the full creative lifecycle, from concept development and briefing through production, testing, and iteration. Working closely with creative and production teams, you will turn performance insights into new hooks, angles, scripts, and campaigns. The role offers significant ownership within a rapid-moving, mission-led environment. You will manage a high-volume creative pipeline while balancing brand consistency with performance objectives. Success will be measured through creative quality, throughput, learning, and measurable advertising results.

Accountabilities:
- Own the creative pipeline from ideation and briefing through production, launch, testing, and learning.
- Develop advertising concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and creative approaches across acquisition, consideration, conversion,



and retargeting.
- Translate concepts into clear, actionable briefs that editors, designers, creators, and videographers can execute independently.
- Brief and coordinate creative production while maintaining quality, pace, brand alignment, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and production team to ensure creative work reflects the appropriate brand voice and direction.
- Establish explicit hypotheses and performance objectives for each creative concept.
- Monitor creative performance and use metrics and testing results to guide new concepts, iterations, and variations.
- Identify creative fatigue and proactively develop fresh angles and creative variations to sustain performance.
- Build and maintain repeatable creative systems, including briefs, trackers, templates, guidelines, and production workflows.
