Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contest Launch Outbound Communication:
o Effectively communicate contest launches to DSAs / Channer partners .
o Provide detailed information regarding contest rules, timelines, and
participation processes.
2. Cases Status Discussions & Closure TATs:
o Track and update the status of cases in the funnel.
o Engage with DSAs to discuss and expedite case closures while ensuring
adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) standards.
3. Escalations & Grievances:
o Handle DSA escalations, ensuring timely resolution
o Address grievances professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved to
satisfactory Levels while adhering to company policies.
4. Payout Calculations & Invoice Collations:
o Communication on the Target Achievements Payout Calculations
o Ensure that invoices are collected and processed accurately, meeting
required deadlines.
5. PDD (Post Disbursement Document) & OTC (Over The Counter) Resolutions:
o Ensure timely collection of post-disbursement documents and resolve
any outstanding OTC issues.




o Collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve any PDD-related
challenges.
6. New Launch Programs / Cross-Sell:
o Promote new products or services by educating DSAs about the benefits
of cross-selling.
o Actively contribute to the success of current launch programs by engaging
with potential leads and clients.
7. Follow-Up & Conversion:
o Ensure consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into sales
opportunities.
o Engage with leads and customers effectively to drive sales and
conversions.
8. Collaboration with Sales Team:
o Work closely with the sales team to share feedback, updates, and market
insights.
o Ensure seamless collaboration to drive sales performance and meet
team objectives.
9. Achieve DSA Activation Targets:
o Meet or exceed individual DSA activation targets and contribute to the
overall sales goals of the organization.
o Report sales performance and customer interactions to the team leader
or manager.
