This role is an opportunity to serve as a senior clinical expert supporting the safe and successful adoption of advanced transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies. You will work closely with physicians, cath lab teams, imaging specialists, and hospital stakeholders across complex structural heart procedures. The position combines hands-on procedural support, clinical education, therapy development, and customer engagement. You will provide real-time guidance during clinical implants while helping healthcare professionals build confidence with imaging, equipment, software, and procedural techniques. The role also contributes to clinical investigations, product development, and the continuous improvement of training and case-support practices. Accountabilities:
- Serve as a clinical lead across the therapy, providing expertise in imaging, procedural integration, troubleshooting, equipment, software, tools, and products required for clinical use.
- Provide intraoperative case coverage and real-time procedural support during complex clinical implants, including contingency planning for unforeseen situations.
- Educate and train physicians, imaging specialists, cath lab teams, and hospital personnel on technical and clinical aspects of therapies, procedures, and investigational products.
- Coordinate and deliver one-on-one training sessions, structured in-service education programs, and post-commercial clinical education across relevant technologies.
