Job Title: Mechanical Helper

Industry: Construction / Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Mechanical Technicians and Mechanics with maintenance and repair work.
- Support installation, dismantling, and assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Handle and arrange tools, spare parts, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with basic maintenance of pumps, motors, compressors, valves, and pipelines.
- Support technicians during troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled technicians.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety rules and site regulations.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Helper or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
- Experience assisting with mechanical installation, maintenance, or repair work.
- Physically fit and able to handle tools and materials.
- Willing to work in industrial or construction environments.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
