Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a focus on data integration, migration, and ETL development using SSIS.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Design and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Perform data migration, data transformation, and system integration activities.
- Develop and maintain APIs, reports, and custom solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CE environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
