About the Role:
- We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and AI-forward Strategic Planner to help drive operational excellence across Blackbaud’s Architecture, Platform, Engineering, and eXperience organization. In this role, you will bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to complex initiatives that support product innovation, engineering effectiveness, and organizational growth.
- As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will help translate strategy into measurable outcomes while fostering collaboration across Engineering, Product, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other business functions. Success in this role requires a robust focus on Results Driven execution and Driving Accountability, paired with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, influence across teams, and continuously improve how work gets done. and transformation planning activities across the Architecture, Platform, Engineering, and eXperience organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term goals.
- Establish and optimize operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, planning processes, performance reporting, and operational health metrics that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and Vendor Management to support budgeting, forecasting, contract management, software licensing oversight, and investment planning across multiple cost centers.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen organizational alignment through leadership updates, team meetings, all-hands sessions, knowledge management, and change initiatives.
