As a Talent Acquisition Partner at GE Vernova, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent for Enabling Functions across our businesses in India. What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor for the hiring managers and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the delivery
- Conduct market and peer organization benchmarking research for the unique roles to identify and engage with potential candidates,



ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external applicants.
- Utilize innovative recruitment tools and channels to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain inclusive talent pipelines that support diversity hiring objectives.
- Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and excellent candidate experience
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Total Rewards to develop competitive and equitable offer packages aligned with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
