As a Senior Associate in HCM - Learning Management, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.
