Title: Senior Associate - Europe Immigration
Experience Required: 2–4 years

Shift : General Shift (11:30AM to 8:30PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Europe Immigration expect with 2–4 years of experience in managing Global assignments to the Europe . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling end to end assignment populations for multiple Europe countries.

Core Responsibilities.

• Liaise between the projects and external vendors for activities related to mobility function
• Liaise with external vendors to support immigration, tax and relocation services for CGI members
• Brief managers and members on the global mobility policies, practices and processes
• Assist managers in choosing an assignment package based on the principles of global mobility policies.
• Building cost estimates for assignment and bid purposes
• SPOC for global assignees (pertaining to allotted region)
• Coach members prior to assignment, on all mobility parameters.




• Timely initiation of internal & external services viz. Travel Forex issuance, Tax service initiation, Relocation services, Preparation & Issuance of assignment letters, Provide requisite immigration papers etc.
• Active monitoring of an assignee & assignment life cycle
• Tracking of Assignment, visa and work permit validity, Renewal & extension notification
• Effective record keeping and data management.
