Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives focused on brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lead Generation, and Campaign Management. The candidate should also be comfortable with data analysis, marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and managing a marketing team.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Create, manage,



and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn Marketing and Social Media strategies.
- Plan and manage content marketing initiatives, including content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and optimize lead-generation campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Implement and manage marketing automation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising spend.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Coordinate with sales, content, design, and other internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
