3. PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe AGM-Land Acquisition develops strategies, secures permits, negotiates agreements, and manages a team. The role maintains relationships, budgets projects, and analyses the grid network. The role ensures compliance, handles the acquisition process, and applies for evacuation permits.

- Land aggregators
- Government and Nodal agencies

5. PROFILE
- Qualification: Any qualification (LLB & LLM Preferred)
- Experience:




- 15+ years in land acquisition for Renewable projects.
- Experience of Land acquisition in multiple states, largely in Western and Southern parts of India.
- Experience working with landowners, local communities, and government and nodal agencies.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of land acquisition laws, processes, documentation, negotiation, and contract management.
- ICT Skills: Technical abilities (e.g., How to use Auto CAD for land team)
- Other Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Abilities:
- Analytical thinking and Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Language: English, Hindi
