About this Position
The Marketing Strategy Manager serves as the
central orchestration point for driving a sustainable, high-growth agenda
across the IMEA region. The role owns the regional growth engine by translating
fragmented market signals into explicit strategic priorities, scalable business
models, and aligned global roadmaps. It enables regional and global leadership
to make high-impact, data-backed decisions in a highly diverse &
competitive market.
What you´ll do
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a dynamic opportunity heatmap
across countries, segments, applications, and customer types to identify
high-value growth pockets. Establish emerging & future trends.
• Design and validate innovative go-to-market (GTM) models (direct,
distributor, partner-led, digital, service-led) through structured pilots and
test-and-scale frameworks. Help create highly effective customer activation
& channel motivation programs with clear ROI, which can be scaled across
regions.
• Build and manage a strategic growth portfolio with clear business cases,
investment hypotheses, KPIs,



and stage-gate governance. Drive strategic NPI,
cost chase projects.
• Identify and shape M&A; pipeline opportunities by defining strategic gaps,
adjacencies, screening targets, and developing investment theses aligned with
growth priorities.
• Act to influence global portfolio, innovation, pricing, and capability
decisions giving priority to local market scenarios and operating plans.
• Establish a structured governance cadence (monthly, quarterly, annual) to
drive alignment between local execution and regional & global strategy.
