OVERVIEW

You will build and enhance end-to-end digital solutions as part of software engineering team at General Mills. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business applications, partner with global teams, and influence how modern software solutions are designed, developed, and delivered. You will collaborate with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners to create scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using the .NET technology stack and modern web frameworks.
- Take ownership of critical production issues and drive timely resolution with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Lead complex technical designs and implementations across application, interface, and data layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new software features and ensure effective integration across systems.
- Drive technical initiatives such as adopting current technologies, improving engineering practices, and increasing delivery efficiency.
- Champion code quality through coding standards, peer reviews, testing practices, and maintainable design.
- Take ownership of delivered solutions, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
