Job Summary
The Paid Search SME will own the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and other relevant search advertising platforms to drive qualified traffic, leads, conversions, revenue,



and overall business growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven B2B paid search experience, preferably supporting clients targeting Fortune 5000 companies, enterprise audiences, and key B2B decision-makers, with an understanding of how paid search supports broader B2B demand-generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Own Paid Search strategy, media planning, forecasting, budgeting, and investment recommendations aligned with business objectives and performance targets.
- Develop and execute B2B paid search strategies focused on enterprise audiences, high-value accounts, lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, remarketing/retargeting, and other relevant paid search formats.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads),
