As part of the HR Applications team, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, integration, and support of a suite of employee-focused applications that drive engagement, recognition, performance conversations, and talent management across the organization.

In this role, you will build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as SuccessFactors, identity platforms, and other HR technologies.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to improve employee and administrator experiences.
- Participate in application releases, support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the HR applications ecosystem.
