Position Summary:
Zeeco India is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with 5–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, EPC, oil & gas, engineering, or project-based organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Customer Collections, Project Billing, Credit Control, and Revenue Tracking, with exposure to project accounting and Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting being highly desirable.
The incumbent will work closely with Finance, Project Management, Sales, and Customers to ensure timely invoicing, collections, accurate receivable accounting,
and effective working capital management while supporting project financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for domestic and international customers.
- Generate and review customer invoices in accordance with contractual milestones, project schedules, and commercial terms.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely recording and allocation of customer payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and ensure receivable balances are reconciled on a regular basis.
- Review customer credit limits and coordinate with internal stakeholders on credit-related matters.
Customer Collections & Credit Control:
- Drive collection of outstanding receivables through regular customer follow-ups.
