Sr. Kinaxis Solution Consultant Description: UST Global® is looking for a Sr. Kinaxis Solution Consultant The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response planning solution The ideal candidate should have experience in Kinaxis project implementation and support, end-to-end knowledge of the S&OP; process, preferably for consumer product manufacturing, and experience with system integration between Kinaxis and SAP systems Overall Experience level: 2+ years experience with Kinaxis Rapid response 6+ years experience with S&OP; planning SAP ECC and S/HANA system integration experience preferred Degree in computer science, engineering science or equal education As a Sr. Kinaxis Solutions Consultant, your focus will include, but is not be limited to:
- Ability to work with global team to provide 24/7 support to client
- Openness to working weekends and off business hours when required to respond to issues.
- Working with offshore developers to deliver custom solutions as needed.




- Ability to identify and respond to potential problems early before it impacts the client
- Robust communication skills, able to explain difficult technical issues and solutions to business users and executives who are not technically inclined.
- Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.
- The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical
- Willingness to work with and train team members in Kinaxis Rapid Response Requirements:
- Ability to travel to client locations if required
- English speaking and writing Top 3 must have:
- Background in Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Experience in S&OP; system administration and support Good to have:
