About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage and support a portfolio of mid-market customers using our assessment platform. As a key point of contact after the sale, you will help customers get started on the platform, support adoption, resolve queries, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide product guidance and training, monitor engagement, and support renewals. You will also collaborate with Sales, Product,



and Support teams to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and helping them get the most out of a SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

 Customer Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of mid market customers and act as their primary point of contact for customer success needs.

 Customer Onboarding: Support recent customers through onboarding, account setup, product training, and initial implementation to ensure a smooth start.

 Product Adoption: Help customers understand and effectively use the platform. Track usage and proactively reach out when customers need additional support or guidance.

 Customer Support: Understand customer queries and concerns, provide timely assistance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
