Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced PL/SQL Support Engineer with 8 years of handson experience in Oracle PL/SQL development and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and debugging skills and preferably have experience working in a logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related domain. The role requires someone who can independently handle production issues, analyze complex PL/SQL code, troubleshoot database-related problems, and provide timely support to business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle database and PL/SQL-based applications. • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and complex SQL queries. • Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues. • Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code. • Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes and resolve failures. • Work closely with application,
