Job Purpose
- The Program Advisory Coordinator is responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective students, validating their intent and eligibility, and ensuring they are guided efficiently to the right advisory support.
- The role includes proactive outreach, information gathering, managing follow-up communication, and warm-transferring qualified prospects to Student Advisors.




- This role plays a critical part in improving student engagement and conversion by ensuring Advisors focus on high quality, high intent leads.

Principal Responsibilities
- Proactive outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and messaging tools, connecting with up to 100 students per day.
- Conducting qualification checks to validate citizenship, residency, course eligibility, and interest level.
- Applying a defined outreach cadence (calls, emails, SMS) and maintaining SLA compliance on your assigned prospective students to ensure all prospective students receive timely follow-up.
- Accurately logging call outcomes and disposition details in Salesforce.
- Warm transferring qualified students to the next available Student Advisor.
- Maintaining a high level of data quality and strictly following communication compliance guidelines.
