Your future duties and responsibilities:
Job Role Summary:
We are looking for a robust ServiceNow Developer with 4–8 years of hands on experience in ServiceNow development, platform configuration and integrations.
The candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM and Field Service Management (FSM), along with experience building integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
The role will primarily focus on development, customization, integration and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, with some involvement in troubleshooting, deployment and production support activities.
Experience in the Telecom domain will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
. Design, develop, configure and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
. Develop scalable and maintainable ServiceNow applications and customizations.
