Role Description
AENEETA is looking for an ambitious and highly self-driven International Business Development Executive – B2B / SDR to acquire recent international clients and help build our sales pipeline.
This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates across India .
The role will focus primarily on international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand .
You will be responsible for independently identifying potential clients, researching decision-makers, building your own prospect pipeline, conducting outbound calls and outreach, qualifying opportunities, and converting prospects into paying AENEETA clients.
This is not a lead-follow-up role . You will be expected to take ownership of the entire prospecting process and actively create your own opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently identify and research potential international B2B clients.
- Build and maintain your own qualified prospect database.
- Identify founders, CEOs, COOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Operations Managers, HR leaders, and other decision-makers.




- Conduct cold calls to prospects across the USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other appropriate channels .
- Understand prospects’ business needs, staffing challenges, operational requirements, and growth plans.
- Present AENEETA’s staffing and managed operations solutions.
- Qualify prospects and convert opportunities into sales meetings and clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
- Research target industries, companies, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with the founder and operations team to develop proposals and close new business.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
