Role Summary
A Channel Partner Manager is responsible for dealer engagement across the market. You'll establish and maintain relationships with dealers/channel partners to promote BPL's business, provide guidance, training,



and support to dealers on our products, track dealer metrics and performance, and resolve dealer grievances and issues — while ensuring new and existing dealers meet company guidelines on manpower, infrastructure, credit limits, and adherence to company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management & Business Development
- Drive business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealer base, interfacing directly with all dealer personnel.
- Provide timely support to help dealers win opportunities.
- Research and identify potential open markets and drive dealers to perform across their given area.
- Coordinate with internal team members on support required by dealers.
- Manage market study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations; review and recommend markets,
