Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Hysil and Cement segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive technical and commercial discussions to position thermal solutions and secure recent business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely order execution and collections.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical Services, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market presence.
- Lead customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability,



and collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer forums to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Ceramic/Metallurgical) or a related discipline. An MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in thermal insulation, refractory products, industrial solutions, or the cement/process industries.
