Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Associate Manager – Sales to drive B2B institutional sales and school partnerships across assigned territories.
The role involves complete sales ownership — from market mapping, lead generation and school meetings to solution presentations, negotiations, closures and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new school partnerships through field visits, prospecting, referrals and networking.
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with School Owners, Directors, Principals,



Trustees and Management Teams.
- Understand school requirements and recommend relevant STEM/Robotics solutions.
- Manage proposals, negotiations, follow-ups and end-to-end closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and onboarding.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expansion.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, School Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in K-12, EdTech, Robotics/STEM, Smart Classrooms, School ERP or Educational Solutions preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and capable of independently managing a territory.
