Role Description:
The Senior Associate Project Manager, Medical Operations plans and drives execution of cross-functional projects across the Scientific Communications portfolio—including publications, medical content, and congress deliverables—in alignment with business priorities, quality standards, and compliance requirements.



This role also builds visibility through key performance indicators and dashboards and plays a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of Amgen’s Scientific Communications processes and systems.

Reporting to the Operations Manager in India, this global role works across time zones in a highly matrixed environment with publication planners, medical content leads, information systems partners, vendors, and other global stakeholders to enable timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.

The role also works closely with Senior Managers in Scientific Communications to support technology enhancement initiatives, process automation, change management, and team training.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing end‑to‑end project schedules, scope, dependencies, and deliverables for publications, medical content, and congress activities
- Facilitating team meetings and working sessions, capturing decisions and action items, and driving timely follow‑through
