This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the branch by coordinating projects, supporting internal teams, and acting as the operational backbone of every project and service call.

You will work closely with the Branch Director and interact with every department—sales, engineering, project management, technicians, service, and accounting. Your attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to stay organised under pressure will ensure our projects remain on track, our clients are supported, and our internal teams are equipped for success.
