- Administer, configure, and optimize HubSpot, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, automation, forms, lists, permissions, reporting, dashboards, templates, and other platform capabilities.
- Partner with sales, marketing, service, operations, and other business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical CRM solutions.
- Champion CRM data governance by establishing and maintaining system guardrails, security controls, naming conventions, documentation, and operating procedures that promote accurate and consistent data.
