Role Summary
At Zalaris, we simplify HR and payroll administration for organisations across Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Cyber Security Operations Analyst L2 to strengthen our Security Operations Centre (SOC) and help safeguard our systems, data, and customers.
In this role,
you will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security events and incidents across our enterprise environment. You will work closely with senior security specialists and IT teams to identify threats, analyse risks, and contribute to a robust security posture.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor security events and alerts using security monitoring platforms and SIEM tools
- Investigate and analyse security incidents, alerts, and suspicious activities
- Respond to incidents and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs
- Escalate complex or non-standard incidents to senior security analysts and shift leads
- Track incidents through their full lifecycle and ensure proper documentation
- Assist L2 and L3 security teams with investigations and incident response activities
- Support threat detection and vulnerability assessment activities
