Role: Technical Consultant/Senior (Data Engineer) - Client Success

About the role...
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Technical Consultant – Client Success to join our team. In this role, you will support o9 customers post-implementation , ensuring seamless platform operations , strong customer outcomes , and high system reliability .

You will play a critical role in managing automated batch processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across Support, DevOps, Product, and Customer teams to deliver a stable and scalable solution setting. This role requires to work in rotational shifts every 2 weeks, providing 24/7 coverage. Main focus is on workflow/batch monitoring with SSIS and Python skill + Support experience.

What you will do in this role:
- Ensure timely response, recovery, and resolution of batch automation disruptions while meeting customer SLAs
- Monitor and maintain smooth operations of o9’s cloud-based platform
- Work closely with DevOps and Support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues




- Validate, transform, and manage customer data using tools like SQL, SSIS, Excel, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, PySpark, and Hive
- Analyze customer data, understand functional/technical dependencies, and ensure data integrity
- Support CI/CD processes and improve system reliability
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Understand and work with o9 platform data models (tables, relationships, optimization structures)
- Fine-tune performance, automate manual processes, and implement system checks
- Create and execute integration test cases; track and resolve bugs/issues
- works in 24X7. 2 weeks rotational shift , focusing mainly on workflow/batch monitoring with SSIS and Python skill + Support exp

What you’ll have...
