Your role
- Act as a trusted partner to the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff across strategic, operational, and communications activities.
- You will operate at the intersection of strategy, leadership support, communications, and execution, gaining visibility across strategic priorities and senior-management activities.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Strategy / Chief of Staff, including agenda planning, meeting preparation, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings and leadership forums across multiple stakeholders,



ensuring the right participants, materials, decisions, and actions are in place.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, minutes, action logs, and follow-up communications.
- Track key priorities, actions, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Interface with Portfolio / PMO teams to track strategic priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, and progress, helping surface issues and support timely escalation
- Use Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, to improve collaboration, information flow, and execution.
- Apply Power Automate, AI, and other automation approaches pragmatically to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance ways of working.
