About the role

Builds and owns the Care Coordination Engine — the coordination logic that tracks referrals, hand-offs,



and deviations across facilities, and its integration with CARE HMIS, and ABDM/NHCX — to the technical standard and roadmap the Architect and Program Director set. Also owns application-layer security and data protection for the OpenPHC codebase, since the CCE holds the identity and consent layer both PODs build on.

What you’ll do
- CCE build — events, rules, hand-offs, reminders, detection, and the CCE's native insights layer, against requirements the Business Analyst produces
- Integration implementation — builds the CCE-CARE HMIS integration contracts, developed and tested against a mocked or staging instance where the live system isn't available
- Consent & Data Rights Engine: Implements ABDM/NHCX consent manager hooks, purpose-based access control (RBAC), immutable audit logs, and automated data erasure/anonymization pipelines.
- Application security & data protection — owns authentication and auth
