This role offers the opportunity to work with international teams , collaborate with leading OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) , and build relationships with top architects, lighting designers, consultants, and channel partners across West India.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Drive demand generation for the Company's wireless lighting control solutions by working closely with interior designers, lighting designers, architects, and consultants.n
- Develop and expand business with existing channel partners while identifying new growth opportunities.n
- Build and strengthen relationships with key specifiers and strategic accounts across West India.n
- Identify, onboard, and develop new lighting partners to expand the Company's partner network.n




- Develop a strong technical understanding of the Company's wireless lighting control solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.n
- Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales team to deliver the best technical solutions for customer projects.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation and order closure.n
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.n
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives.n

nEducation & Experience

- n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering or Science preferred).n
- Minimum 60% throughout academics or a CGPA of 3.0/5 or above.n
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.n
