Department Overview

Identity Goverance Administration (IGA) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an Engineer, who is a subject matter expert with Identity Governance solutions, such as Saviynt and SailPoint.

Duties
- Support project efforts through building modernized IAM capabilities utilizing standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growth




- Build and implement identity governance controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundation
- Implement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systems
- Support on-going operations enhancements and bug fixes
- Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle management
- Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and human resource teams to support GRC (governance, risk, compliance) controls, security requirements, and end-to-end data integrity

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including technical requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, and maturing enterprise identity management/governance technologies
- 4+ years of deep technical experience with Saviynt, SailPoint Identity-IQ, IdentityNow and/or other similar solutions
