As an Oracle Eloqua - Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by implementing and configuring Oracle's suite of applications. Your role will involve managing the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization, confirming seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice,
you will focus on delivering strategic solutions that align with client objectives and enhance their business processes.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and developing teams, managing client service accounts, and driving client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your leadership skills to inspire your team, navigate complex situations, and deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining accountability for project success. You are expected to embrace technology and innovation, using these tools to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.
