About the Role:
Agfa is seeking a Configuration Manager to join its Global ICS (Information & Communication Systems) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity,
and governance of configuration and asset information across Agfa's global IT environment. You will own the Configuration Management process and ensure that the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) accurately reflects the current state of IT services, infrastructure, applications, and assets throughout their lifecycle.
As a key member of the IT Service Management organization, you will support critical IT processes including Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Risk Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business units, service providers, and technology partners to ensure reliable data, effective governance, and operational excellence.
