The Taxation & Regulatory Compliance qualified will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances across India, UK, and US entities, ensuring timely filings, tax risk management, transfer pricing compliance, labour law compliance, statutory assessments, and supporting business decisions from a tax and regulatory perspective. The role requires coordination with external consultants, auditors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance across India, UK, and US entities, including GST, VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other statutory obligations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, tax payments, reconciliation, tax provisions, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, litigations, and correspondence with tax authorities, consultants, and external auditors.
- Monitor tax law changes and provide practical guidance on the tax implications of business transactions, cross-border arrangements, and organizational changes.




- Maintain transfer pricing compliance, including inter company agreements, benchmarking studies, documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Oversee labour law and employment-related compliances and other statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Review customer, vendor, and inter company contracts from a finance, tax, and compliance perspective, including payment terms, indirect tax applicability, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and revenue recognition considerations.
- Identify and mitigate tax, regulatory, and commercial risks while supporting contract negotiations and business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain compliance calendars, internal controls, SOPs, and tax governance frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence.
