Exploring the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, planning, advisory, and audits
related to Direct and Indirect Taxes in India and international jurisdictions including the USA,
UK, and Germany. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tax consultants, and
auditors to ensure timely compliance and correct tax positions across entities.

How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibilities:

1.Indian Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
•Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, TDS/TCS, GST, and other statutory filings.
•Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax computation for Indian
entity.
•Manage GST reconciliation, availing ITC, vendor compliance tracking, and handling
GST assessments/notices.
•Assist in tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and advance tax calculations.
•Liaise with statutory auditors and tax consultants for tax plan
