We're now building more services to make patients' lives faster, starting with Claim It: we help patients file their pre- and post-hospitalisation insurance claims and reimbursements with insurance companies and TPAs. This is the team you'll be joining. What you'll do- Make outbound calls to patients - explain Claim It and help them start their claim journey on the spot- Follow up on warm leads and log everything in the CRMWhat you need- 0-2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare or insurance is a plus)- Fluent English + Kannada and/or Malayalam- Stable internet, quiet workspace, Excel/Sheets basics Why join- No cap on incentives - top callers out-earn their base- Growth path into senior caller / city lead / ops roles as we scale
