Position Overview HCM Orthocare is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales across Africa, South East Asia and emerging markets. The role covers direct client acquisition, distributor and business partner management, and leadership of the regional Business Development team. It suits a skilled who understands the orthopedic implant business and is comfortable operating across international markets with regular travel. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Business Development team covering Africa, South East Asia and emerging markets, including target setting and performance tracking. Identify and develop new clients - hospitals, distributors and dealers - across Africa,



South East Asia and emerging countries. Bring positive business leads and convert them into confirmed orders and long-term client relationships. Train the company's business partners' team in target markets on product knowledge and selling technique. Travel regularly to assigned countries for client meetings, partner reviews and market development. Own and deliver monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned regions. Maintain office discipline and reporting standards, and ensure the team under him/her does the same. Work with management to plan entry and expansion into new countries within the assigned territory.
