Position: PR, Events & Communications Manager Location: 100% Remote Working Hours: 06:30 AM EST – 3:30 PM EST (7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM)Working Days: Monday–Saturday Week off - Sunday Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Note: Have to attend Sunday meeting Key Responsibilities* Plan and coordinate the corporate event from preparation through execution and post-event activities.* Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media professionals, PR contacts, influencers, industry representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.* Identify potential media partners, event partners, sponsors, speakers, guests, and promotional opportunities.* Coordinate invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, media attendance, speakers, vendors, and other event stakeholders.* Support PR activities, including press releases, media invitations, event announcements, talking points, and media briefs.* Proactively reach out to media organizations and relevant contacts to generate awareness and coverage for company activities and events.* Work with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels,



email campaigns, social media, and other marketing initiatives.* Assist in developing event themes, messaging, promotional materials, and communication strategies.* Coordinate with event venues, vendors, photographers, videographers, designers, and other service providers.* Serve as a qualified point of contact for guests, media representatives, speakers, partners, and other external stakeholders.* Monitor media coverage and prepare post-event reports covering attendance, publicity, engagement, and other outcomes.* Support the company’s broader PR, brand awareness, corporate communications, and relationship-building initiatives. Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.* Previous experience working with a PR agency, media organization, event company, corporate communications team, or
