About the Role
Lovely Skilled University (LPU) is looking for an experienced Senior Project Management Professional – Civil to lead and oversee large-scale civil construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 19–25 years of strong experience in project management , with proven expertise in project planning, execution, billing, measurement, contractor management, and clearance of project-related bills and documentation .
The role requires a senior qualified capable of managing projects from planning and execution through completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgets, contractual requirements, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Management




- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Establish project timelines and monitor progress against approved schedules.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, architects, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

2. Project Execution & Site Management
- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities across project sites.
- Ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and project plans.
- Conduct regular site reviews and assess physical progress.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, equipment, and contractor deployment.
