Skills you are expected to acquire
- Thorough knowledge of Carestack- workflows, featuresand reports. Should be able to provide solutions to new customers leveraging existing features
- Knowledge of the competitive PMS products. Gaps w.r.t Carestack.
Workflows that behave differently and can create potential friction
- Understanding of Practice operations and how and when they use Carestack features.
- Understand custom reporting requirements and how it can be solved for using existing reporting frameworks
- Understand the data conversion challenges, typical data entities that may need special attention post migration
- Know Carestack set up in greatdetail. Own creationof all master data set up that is required before onboarding outside the purview of migration
Responsibilities – Leveraging the skills
- Coordinate with the data conversion team for everynew onboarding to establish proper data conversion across all data fields
- Validate Sandbox environment for accuracy of migrated data and any discrepancies due to product workflow differences
