About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate / Inside Sales Executive with strong telesales, lead conversion, and B2B sales skills to sell Erekrut's Talent Suite to companies, HR teams, business owners, and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, understanding customer hiring requirements, presenting a technology-enabled recruitment solution, handling objections, following up consistently, and converting prospects into paying customers.
Candidates with experience in ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, HRTech Sales, Recruitment Services Sales,



IT Services Sales, or B2B Service Sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to HR professionals, recruiters, business owners, and companies.
- Generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities through telesales and outbound calling .
- Understand a company's hiring requirements, open positions, recruitment challenges, and hiring timelines.
- Present and explain Erekrut Talent Suite and its value proposition to prospective customers.
- Sell recruitment and hiring solutions to companies through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate meetings with prospective clients where required.
- Handle customer objections related to pricing, recruitment consultancies, hiring timelines, candidate quality, and ROI.
- Follow up systematically with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
